Terms of Service

Paint Job is a scheduling and job-tracking app for house painters. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Paint Job.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

• Paint Job offers a free trial followed by a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal or harmful.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Upload content that infringes on the rights of others.

You retain ownership of the content you put into Paint Job (jobs, clients, notes). You grant us the limited rights needed to store, display, and process that content so we can provide the service to you.

You may stop using Paint Job at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for the service or other users.

Paint Job is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paint Job is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email.
